WHAT'S THE GOOD NEWS?

THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST IS “GOOD NEWS! " Salvation is based on what Jesus Christ has done.

The gospel is clear:

"If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”

Romans 10:9

Assurance of salvation doesn’t come from:
• being “good enough”
• feeling spiritual
• having no doubts

• trying to earn your way to heaven

• being a "good" person

It comes from TRUSTING CHRIST ALONE.

Signs of real (not perfect) faith:
• You care about God (even when struggling)
• You feel conviction over sin (not just guilt, but a pull toward change)
• You keep coming back to Him, even after falling

That “pull” you feel? that’s God drawing you.

NOW, that's REALLY GOOD NEWS!
